My name is Ilyse Kennedy. I’m a Licensed Therapist & Supervisor (TX), group practice owner, author, podcast host, and public speaker.

I am passionate about aiding folks in healing from trauma through working with individuals in the therapy room, training clinicians to work with those who have experienced trauma, and sharing education and resources so trauma survivors and those who love them can feel supported.

It is my belief that when trauma survivors heal as individuals, and when there is greater understanding of the impacts of trauma, we create a more trauma informed world.

Connection is the antidote to trauma.
